There are many customizations and items that can be made with steel wire, ranging from simple flat grids to more complex gratings that can have a wide variety of uses. One item that is little talked about, but is actually widely used in the food industry, is the protection grid for mixers.

This type of grid with a generally semi-round shape is made according to the customer’s drawing and project, with characteristics that vary depending on the machinery on which it is to be mounted. The collaboration between the customer and our technical office is fundamental, as we make our experience available to find the simplest solution to industrialize the article, without giving up any of the functional aspects required.

Since this is also an aesthetical item, we take care to many aspects of these grids, studying for example the position of the welds and the hooks, so that they are as little visible as possible once the surface treatment has been carried out.

Generally, the material of choice is electro-polished AISI 304, which is stronger and more durable than S235JR steel.
